The role will include a variety of daily tasks, ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly and efficiently.

So what does the role look like?

Operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift trucks to load and unload goods
Maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning all incoming and outgoing shipments
Picking and packing orders as per customer requests
Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies
Ensuring the general upkeep of the warehouse to meet safety and cleanliness standards
Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required

So do you have what it takes?

1-2 years of experience within a warehouse operative role
Valid VNA Licence is essential
Thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Proficiency in using inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
