So what does the role look like?

Coordinate and manage transport operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Monitor vehicle schedules and cargo movements, making necessary adjustments to optimise routing and performance.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and transport activities using industry-standard software.
Assist in the resolution of any transport-related issues or queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support health and safety compliance in all transport operations.

So do you have what it takes?

Previous experience within the transport or logistics industry is desirable, ideally with a couple of years in a similar role.
Knowledge of transport regulations and best practices.
Proficient IT skills, including experience with transport management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
