” Assisting in the preparation and submission of import/export customs documentation
” Maintaining accurate records in compliance with customs regulations
” Communicating with clients and customs officials to resolve issues
” Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely customs clearance
” Learning and adhering to industry-specific regulations and compliance procedures
” Supporting the team in various administrative tasks as needed
” Training to advance skills in customs classification and valuation

” No prior experience required, but a keen interest in shipping and logistics is essential
” Good understanding of basic customs and import/export procedures is beneficial
” Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
