So what does the role look like?
Coordinate the schedules of multiple vessels within the European rotation, ensuring optimal performance and timely arrivals and departures.
Plan and adapt to a wide range of possible logistical outcomes, providing comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to the Commercial teams.
Draw, manipulate, and analyse large data sets from multiple sources to adjust volumes and optimise routes.
Communicate clearly and precisely with internal and external stakeholders across various countries, ensuring directives are understood and actioned effectively.
Provide regular reports and updates on vessel performance, identifying any issues and implementing corrective actions swiftly.
So do you have what it takes?
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in traffic coordination, shipping logistics, or a similar role in the maritime industry.
Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
Excellent data handling skills with the ability to provide accurate and insightful analysis.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to disseminate information across different languages and cultures.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
