Our client is seeking a Rentals Assistant

So what does the role look like?

Assist customers with machinery rental inquiries and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Manage the machinery rental fleet, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and readily available.
Coordinate the logistics of machinery delivery and collection.
Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and equipment conditions.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships.
Participate in inventory management to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained.

So do you have what it takes?

Proven experience in a customer service or rentals role, ideally within the logistics or machinery industry.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment, with a passion for the industry.
Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office and rental management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Here’s the package breakdown for you…

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
Generous holiday allowance.
