So what does the role look like?

” Interpreting and understanding technical diagrams and blueprints for pipe fitting and welding projects.
” Installing and securing pipes and fixtures, using hand and power tools.
” Conducting welding tasks per industry standards, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
” Inspecting systems and troubleshooting any issues or inconsistencies.
” Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
” Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
” Adhering to all company policies and health and safety regulations.

So do you have what it takes?

” Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter and/or Welder within the shipping and logistics industry.
” Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
” In-depth knowledge of pipe fitting and welding techniques, instruments, and tools.
” Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
” Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
” Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
” Basic IT skills to input and retrieve data as necessary.
