So what does the role look like?

Efficiently picking and packing items for dispatch.
Maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely and precise manner.
Operating warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
Assisting in regular stock taking activities.
Adhering to health and safety standards.
Supporting the team with warehouse cleanliness and organisation.

So do you have what it takes?

Previous experience in a picker packer role or similar within the shipping and logistics industry.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
Competence in using warehouse management systems and handheld devices.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
Physical stamina to meet the demands of manual handling tasks.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
