Our client is seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk to join their vibrant team of commercial property specialists. Your daily tasks will involve processing payroll accurately and efficiently while being a trusted point of contact for employees.

So what does the role look like?

Process and manage payroll for the company’s staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and compliance regulations.
Address any employee payroll queries and liaise with other departments as necessary.
Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure integrity and compliance.
Stay updated with the latest payroll legislation and industry best practices.

So do you have what it takes?

Experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role (minimum of 2 years).
Proficient in Sage Payroll and familiar with payroll processes and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Excellent IT skills, particularly in payroll and accounting software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage employee queries effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
