So What Does The Role Look Like?
Reconcile retail sales against costs and journal accordingly
Prepare sales and cost reports as needed
Assist in the administration of the cash flow forecast
Administer aged payables and manage invoice payments
Reconcile banking with ledger postings
Engage in planning and strategy conversations to support business objectives
Utilise bookkeeping skills to streamline the administrative organisation for the finance function
So Do You Have What It Takes?
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in finance administration, preferably in a similar sector (2-3 years)
Strong attention to detail, capable of spotting and resolving issues efficiently
A solid understanding of basic mathematics and the ability to monitor for errors
Excellent communication skills for data gathering and collaboration
Superior organisational abilities to manage short and long-term data efficiently
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Xero
Strong time management skills, especially when working remotely
Adaptability and resilience in facing weekly financial and sales challenges
Integrity and reliability with confidential financial information
