Operations Controller
Job Description
Our client is recruiting an Operations Controller to join their office-based team in Ipswich. This is a company who prides itself on its Core Values. They are focused on the people who work for them, the customers they have and the quality services they provide.
You will be working within a team as well as needing to work independently as and when required. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure when required. You will also need excellent Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
The main functions to this job will be to control, plan and monitor export loads, ensuring we deliver a quality service to all our customers which is cost effective and utilises our depot’s and vendors.
You will be expected to provide weekly reports for analysis and follow up any root cause service issues with customers along with managing documentation and job creations whilst maintaining ISO Adherence
