Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team. So what does the role look like?

Oversee all day-to-day transport operations, ensuring effective and efficient import of packaging products.
Collaborate with warehouse leadership and 3PL’s for on-time distribution, including any export activities.
Lead and coordinate UK inbound volume planning to maximise cost and time efficiency.
Manage a team of Logistics Specialists, focusing on their development and performance.
Prepare and present monthly KPI reports on all UK transport functions.
Conduct monthly review meetings with key stakeholders to assess logistics performance.

So do you have what it takes?

Significant experience in a busy transport or freight forwarding environment.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior logistics planning role.
Proven experience in managing teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
Familiarity with KPI reporting and performance management.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in relevant logistics software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
