In this exciting role, you would be a key account specialist, maintaining premium services in line with client contracts with a focus on the customer, delivering a proactive approach interfacing across multiple departments and levels.

Able to manage and deescalate disputes, and complaints.
Problem solver.
Regularly working with clients to review performance and always looking for ways to improve.
Supporting clients going the extra mile to deliver on service.
Promoting additional services to support the client further.
