Your daily tasks will involve supporting the shipping team with administrative duties, documentation, and coordination of shipments.
So what does the role look like?
” Assist in the management of shipping documentation and records
” Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to facilitate timely shipments
” Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients
” Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations
” Maintain accurate data entry in the shipping management system
” Handle customer inquiries effectively and professionally
” Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned by the shipping team

” A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a shipping, logistics, or clerical role
” Familiarity with shipping processes and documentation
” Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
” Exceptional attention to detail and high-level accuracy in work
” Strong organisational and time management abilities
” Excellent verbal and written communication skills
” Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
