Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identifying client needs and providing tailored freight solutions

Managing sales inquiries and providing detailed quotations
Following up on quotes and converting leads into sales
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the shipping and logistics industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent knowledge of freight forwarding processes and services
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
