So what does the role look like?
” Manage and coordinate the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
” Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
” Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
” Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.
” Liaise with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
” Track and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
” Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

” Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ocean freight forwarding or a related field.
” Strong understanding of shipping and logistics operations and terminology.
” Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
” Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
” Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
