Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent for the company.
Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and careers.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Managing performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
Advising management on employee-related matters and organisational changes.
Maintaining and updating HR records and HRIS systems.
Developing and maintaining compensation and benefits programmes.
So do you have what it takes?
Proven HR managerial experience within the logistics, transportation, or rental industry.
A minimum of 5 years of HR managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and employment legislation.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strategic thinker with the ability to implement proactive HR solutions.
