Fleet Administrator and Compliance Assistant

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator and Compliance Assistant to join their thriving haulage company. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and optimising fleet operations.

So what does the role look like?

Assist in the management and administration of the company’s fleet, ensuring operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet vehicles and compliance documentation.
Monitor and ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth fleet operations.
Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
Prepare reports on fleet performance and compliance status.
Support the scheduling and maintenance of fleet vehicles, ensuring they are roadworthy and compliant.
Act as the first point of contact for compliance-related queries.

So do you have what it takes?

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fleet administration or similar role within the logistics or haulage industry.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices.
Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office Suite and fleet management software.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
