So what does the role look like?
Review and process export documentation in accordance with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and procedures.
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clients to coordinate smooth export operations.
Assist with any queries related to customs clearance and resolve issues proactively.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for audits and compliance checks.
Stay updated on changes to customs regulations and industry trends.
So do you have what it takes?
Experience in customs clearance or shipping logistics, ideally within a similar role (2+ years).
Strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation processes.
Proficient IT skills including MS Office and customs software.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective liaison with clients and stakeholders.
