Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with the coordination of logistics operations including shipments, documentation, and customer updates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
Utilise industry knowledge to advise customers on best practices and service options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports, ensuring the appropriate handling of all documentation.
Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the logistics industry to provide up-to-date information to customers.

1-2 years of experience in customer service within the shipping and logistics industry.
Strong understanding of logistical processes and terminology.
Proficient in IT skills, including MS Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
