Job Role: Customer Services Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their expert logistics team. In this challenging role, you will be integral to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while navigating the fast-paced environment of the logistics industry. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with clients, resolving queries, and providing timely updates on logistics operations.

So what does the role look like?

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
Manage and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
Resolve issues and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process orders, shipments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure timely and effective responses to customer requests.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated with industry trends and logistics developments to better assist clients.

So do you have what it takes?

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes and customer service best practices.
Proficient in IT and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
