Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join their team at their Felixstowe site. This large haulage firm is dedicated to providing top-notch logistics solutions, ensuring that their customers receive the utmost in service quality and satisfaction. So what does the role look like?
Act as the first point of contact for all customers, handling inquiries and providing assistance effectively.
Maximise sales opportunities by promoting services and resolving any customer issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s database.
Provide timely updates and communicate changes to customers regarding their needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in customer service.
So do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within the logistics or haulage industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics practices and principles.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: Up to £26,500 – £30,000 Per Annum
