Counterbalance Forklift Driver

So what does the role look like?

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, lift, and stack goods within the warehouse.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the forklift to ensure safe operations.
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring they are securely handled.
Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and proper documentation.
Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily operational targets.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times within the warehouse environment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive and efficient workplace culture.

So do you have what it takes?

Current Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment (minimum 2 years preferred).
Knowledge of safe lifting practices and warehouse operations.
Basic IT skills to utilise warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Shift pattern: 6am-3pm or 10am-7pm (full-time).
