So what does the role look like?
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ecommerce logistics sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and threats.
Utilise various channels for lead generation, including cold calling and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and identify new opportunities.
So do you have what it takes?
Proven track record in business development or sales within the logistics or ecommerce industries.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Confidence in cold calling and a passion for generating leads.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in IT skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
