So what does the role look like?
Reviewing and processing customs entries in accordance with industry standards.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for bonded goods.
Liaising with customs authorities and internal teams to resolve any issues.
Assisting in the management of compliance with customs regulations.
Conducting audits to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance.
Providing administrative support to the logistics and operations team.
Utilising customs declaration systems such as Descartes, REPL, or CDS.
So do you have what it takes?
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customs-related role, specifically with bond administration.
Proficiency in industry standard customs entries and procedures.
Experience with customs management systems such as Descartes, REPL, or CDS.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.

You can expect a flexible working arrangement within normal office hours (08:00 – 17:00) with a starting salary of £25,000, transitioning from a temporary to a permanent position.
