They are seeking an Administrative Team Leader to join their bustling team in Felixstowe.
Your role involves leading and motivating an efficient and proactive administration team to uphold a clean, safe, and secure environment.
Additionally, you will support the team in addressing daily issues in the absence of the manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure completion of Return To Work (RTW) on an employee’s first day back, following local GDPR policy.
Manage and address lateness and absenteeism within your authority.
Provide necessary resources to support your direct reports in their daily tasks.
Maintain positive working relationships within the team.
Manage the holiday schedule for direct reports, ensuring adequate cover.
Supervise daily team operations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
Actively contribute to team development by enhancing skills and providing feedback.
Review job descriptions annually to accurately reflect team roles and responsibilities.
Assist the stock office and other departments as required.
Ensure team compliance with GDPR, BRC, Health and Safety, Quality accreditations, and AEO standards.
Follow company and HSE protocols consistently.
Complete additional administrative tasks assigned by senior management.
Travel to specified locations for meetings or tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Warehousing, and have worked as a Warehouse Administrator before.
